Key Responsibilities:

  Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their style needs, and provide personalized fashion advice.

Sales Achievement: Actively work to meet and exceed daily/monthly individual and store sales targets.

  Visual Merchandising: Maintain store standards by ensuring proper folding, stacking, and attractive display of garments.

  Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest ColorPlus collections, fabric technologies, and seasonal trends.

  Store Operations: Manage billing via POS systems, handle inventory replenishment, and assist in stock-taking. 

Candidate Profile:

  Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.

  Skills: Strong communication in English/Hindi and a pleasing personality.

  Experience: 1 Year, Previous experience in fashion retail 

  Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. Scribd +3
