1. Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and execution-driven Full Stack Developer to build, scale, and maintain our EdTech platform. The candidate will be responsible for developing high-performance web applications, integrating APIs, and ensuring seamless UI/UX for students, teachers, and administrators.

• 2. Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend DevelopmentDevelop responsive and scalable UI using React.js / Next.js
• Ensure mobile-first, cross-browser compatibility
• Implement pixel-perfect UI based on Figma/Design files
• Optimize performance (lazy loading, caching, etc.)
• Backend DevelopmentBuild RESTful APIs using Node.js / Express.js
• Manage server-side logic, database architecture, and authentication
• Ensure security protocols (JWT, OAuth, encryption)
• Handle scalability and performance optimization
• Database & IntegrationWork with MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Integrate third-party APIs (Payment Gateways, LMS tools, SMS/email APIs)
• Maintain clean and efficient data structures
• System & DevOpsDeploy applications on AWS / DigitalOcean / VPS
• Handle CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor uptime, debugging, and troubleshooting
• 3. Required SkillsCore Tech StackFrontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js / Next.js
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js
• Database: MongoDB / MySQL
• Version Control: Git / GitHub
