Bubble Me is a magnesium-driven wellness brand building simple everyday rituals for stress, sleep, muscle recovery, and “heavy head” days—through products like bath soaks, balms, and daily supplements.


Role Summary

As a Customer Care Executive, you’ll be the frontline voice of Bubble Me—helping customers with orders, delivery, returns, product guidance, and concerns across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, and calls. You’ll ensure every interaction feels warm, quick, and trustworthy—while documenting insights that help us improve product, packaging, and customer experience.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram/Meta DMs, email, and calls
  • Assist with order tracking, delivery updates, address edits, cancellations, returns/refunds
  • Provide product guidance (which product to use, how to use, routine suggestions) in simple, non-medical language
  • Manage post-purchase support: damaged shipments, missing items, wrong item delivered, delays
  • Coordinate with logistics/warehouse for dispatch status, RTO, replacements, and escalations
  • Maintain daily CX trackers (tickets, reasons, resolution time, common issues, repeat complaints)
  • Ensure fast TAT and high-quality responses (clear, polite, on-brand)
  • Collect customer feedback + flag trends (packaging issues, confusion points, repeat objections)
  • Support basic review/feedback flow (requesting reviews, handling unhappy customers sensitively)
  • Escalate complex cases to the CX lead with complete context and proofs


Requirements

  • 0–2 years experience in customer support / D2C / e-commerce / hospitality support (preferred)
  • Strong written + spoken English + Hindi (Hinglish comfort is a plus)
  • Confident on WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, email etiquette
  • Calm under pressure; can handle unhappy customers professionally
  • Good at coordination + follow-ups (with ops/logistics/warehouse)
  • Basic Excel/Sheets skills for trackers and reporting
  • Willingness to work during peak sales days / campaign spikes
