CRM Manager – Real Estate (5–10 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company’s CRM system to support sales, marketing, and customer service teams
• Design customer journeys and automated workflows to increase lead qualification and conversion
• Analyze lead performance, sales funnel metrics, and customer insights to guide business decisions
• Coordinate with marketing to execute segmented email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns
• Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and CRM compliance
• Train internal teams and improve adoption of CRM best practices

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of CRM experience, preferably in real estate
• Strong knowledge of lead management, property sales funnels, and customer lifecycle
• Expertise with major CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or real estate CRMs like Property base)

Strong analytical and communication skills
