Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will act as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally. Customer service representatives help customers with questions, complaints, and service information while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively
- Provide accurate information about company services, policies, and offers
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex problems when necessary
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Follow company policies and maintain discipline on the floor
