Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and chats from customers, providing timely assistance and resolving inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide necessary support.
- Address and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist with all activities ancillary to business operations and customer support.
- Write clear, concise, and professional emails to communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer care or support role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of mini PCs and electronic gadgets (familiarity with products available on electroniksindia.com is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Ability to write well-structured emails.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
