Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:


  • Handle incoming calls and chats from customers, providing timely assistance and resolving inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide necessary support.
  • Address and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with all activities ancillary to business operations and customer support.
  • Write clear, concise, and professional emails to communicate with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements:


  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer care or support role, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of mini PCs and electronic gadgets (familiarity with products available on electroniksindia.com is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Ability to write well-structured emails.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
