Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

The Customer Support Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, or messages.

Resolve customer complaints, queries, and service requests.

Provide accurate information about products and services.

Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.

Follow company policies and customer service guidelines.

Escalate complex issues to senior support or relevant departments.

Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.

Meet daily performance targets and response time SLAs.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Proven experience as a Customer Support Executive or similar role is an advantage.

Good communication skills in local language and basic English.

Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.

Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Preferred Skills

Experience in BPO / Call Center / Customer Care roles.

Problem-solving and conflict-handling skills.

Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude.
