We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator with strong Microsoft Excel skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in spreadsheets while ensuring data quality and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
• Verify data accuracy and correct errors when identified
• Organize and format data for easy access and reporting
• Perform basic Excel functions such as formulas, sorting, filtering, and data validation
• Generate simple reports as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good attention to detail and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of computers and office software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
• Prior experience in handling large datasets
