Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and target-driven Debt Recovery Telecaller to contact customers regarding overdue payments. The candidate will be responsible for reminding customers about pending dues, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records of communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers to inform them about outstanding payments.
- Follow up regularly on overdue accounts.
- Negotiate repayment plans as per company guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of conversations and payment commitments.
- Update customer information in CRM/software systems.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly recovery targets.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies during collections.
