Department Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the assigned department (FMCG / Apparel) to achieve sales targets, maintain merchandising standards, and ensure excellent customer service in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide sales staff to achieve departmental sales goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock display standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure service satisfaction.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and analyze performance.
• Train and motivate team members to deliver high productivity.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, grooming, and discipline standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Retail Management preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Experience in fashion/apparel or departmental retail operations.
