Hiring: Senior Digital Marketing Executive (Performance + Creative)

Location: sepik life sciences , industrial are phase - 2 , plot no. 14, panchkula , haryana

Type: Full-Time

What We Need :

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Digital Marketer who can independently handle paid ads, SEO, and content creation.

Core Responsibilities:

Expert-level campaign handling on Meta Ads Manager

Advanced campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

SEO strategy + execution via Google Search Console

Create & edit high-converting reels using Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut

Design creatives using Adobe Photoshop / Canva

Daily performance tracking, optimization & scaling

Strict Requirements:

Minimum 2–4 years REAL experience (not course-based)

Must have live ad campaign results / portfolio proof

Strong understanding of ROI, CTR, CPC, conversions

Ability to work independently (no babysitting needed)

Fast execution + problem-solving mindset

Salary (Be Realistic):

12,000 - 20,000 (depends on actual performance)

No “course complete” candidates
