Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in online advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive measurable growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

·        Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/ Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.

·        Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs such as leads, conversions, ROAS, CPC, and engagement.

·        Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis for better targeting.

·        Manage and track budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.

·        Create engaging ad copies, creatives, and landing page briefs in collaboration with the design team.

·        Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools.

·        Manage social media marketing activities including content scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.

·        Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

·        Support overall brand-building and lead-generation initiatives.

·        Create, edit, and optimize video content for use in advertisements and social media posts.

·        Collaborate with the design and content team to create compelling ad creatives and messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Proven experience in digital advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads essential).

·        Strong understanding of performance marketing, metrics, and analytics.

·        Ability to manage ad budgets and deliver measurable results.

·        Hands-on experience with tools such as: Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics

·        Excellent communication skills and copywriting abilities.

·        Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
