Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing campaigns.
• Continuously refresh and expand keyword strategy (PCD, pharma franchise, 3rd-party manufacturing).
• Oversee website content for SEO alignment and lead-capture optimization.
• Coordinate landing page updates, tracking (GTM, GA4), and lead flow into Zoho CRM.
• Generate weekly performance reports (lead quality, CPL, conversion rates).
• Collaborate with design and tech teams for funnel improvements.

Ideal Profile:

• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B or pharma.
• Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and analytics dashboards.
• Comfortable working in lean, fast-moving setups with clear performance goals.
