Job Title: YouTube Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled YouTube Manager to oversee our YouTube channel. The primary responsibility of this role is to create, manage, and execute the content strategy for our YouTube channel, and to grow and engage our audience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of YouTube's algorithms, trends, and best practices, as well as experience in content creation, analytics, and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the content strategy for the YouTube channel, including video ideation, production, and optimization.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the YouTube channel, including video publishing, community engagement, and content moderation.
Analyze YouTube data and metrics to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create sponsored content, cross-promotion, and other marketing initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends, best practices, and algorithm changes, and adapt the content strategy accordingly.
Work with the video production team to ensure the quality and consistency of the videos, from scripting to post-production.
Manage the YouTube community, including moderating comments, responding to feedback, and fostering a positive and engaged audience.
Monitor and report on YouTube analytics and KPIs, and provide regular updates to the management team.
Ensure compliance with YouTube's policies, guidelines, and best practices, and mitigate any issues that arise.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, or related field.
3+ years of experience in YouTube content creation, management, and optimization.
Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure, analyze and report on YouTube data and metrics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Familiarity with YouTube analytics tools, such as YouTube Studio, VidIQ, or TubeBuddy.
Experience in social media marketing and community management is a plus.
Passion for YouTube and digital media, and a desire to stay ahead of trends and best practices in the industry.
