- Dispatch & Office CoordinationPrepare, verify, and maintain dispatch records, invoices, challans, and courier details.
- Coordinate with production team for order readiness and packaging.
- Schedule and manage daily dispatches via courier, transport, and local delivery.
- Track shipments and regularly update clients and internal teams.
- Handle returned parcels, damages, and re-dispatch if required.
