Dispatch Executive

We are a PCD Pharma Franchise company looking for a Packing & Dispatch Executive to handle product packing, order dispatch, courier coordination, and delivery monitoring. The candidate should ensure accurate packing, invoice checking, and timely dispatch of pharma products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Packing pharma products as per company standards
• Dispatching orders to transport/courier on time
• Checking invoices, batch numbers & quantities before dispatch
• Monitoring deliveries and coordinating with transporters
• Maintaining dispatch records and stock movement
• Ensuring safe handling of medicines and packaging material
• Supporting basic warehouse/office work if required

Required Skills & Eligibility:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass
• Basic understanding of packing & dispatch work
• Ability to read invoices and product names
• Physically fit for packing & lifting cartons
• Honest, responsible, and punctual
• Experience in pharma packing / warehouse will be preferred
