Role Overview

Sepik Life Sciences is looking for a responsible and organized Dispatcher to manage logistics, track shipments, and coordinate between drivers, warehouse, and customers. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily logistics and dispatch operations

2. Track shipments and ensure timely delivery

3. Verify orders before dispatch

4. Update records and maintain proper documentation

5. Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers

6. Handle calls and provide shipment updates

Requirements

1. Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

2. Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

3. Basic computer operations including MS Excel and data entry

4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure

5. Prior experience in logistics/dispatch preferred
