Dispatch Executive / Officer

Handle end-to-end dispatch operations for PCD pharma orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Work on MARG Software for invoice generation, dispatch entries, and order processing.

Maintain and update Excel sheets for dispatch records, LR details, pending deliveries, and tracking.

Ensure proper filing and documentation of bills, challans, and LR copies in a systematic and chronological manner.

Coordinate regularly with transporters and courier services for smooth dispatch, delivery status, and DOD (Draft On Delivery) cancellations when required.

Track movement of goods and ensure smooth logistics flow across PAN India.

Resolve dispatch-related issues such as delays, shortages, damages, or cancellations in coordination with sales and accounts teams.

Maintain accuracy in dispatch data and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Support the sales team by providing timely dispatch updates and documentation.
