E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Planning & Strategy – Assist in planning product assortment, launches, and roadmap to drive sales growth.
2. Product Listing & Optimization – Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms for maximum visibility and conversions.
3. Product Photography & Shoots – Coordinate or conduct product photoshoots and ensure high-quality images for listings.
4. Sales Growth & Performance – Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance, and suggest strategies to improve revenue.
5. Website Management & User Experience – Maintain website content, improve navigation, and ensure a smooth shopping experience for users.
6. Inventory Management & Forecasting – Track inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with supply chain teams.
7. Customer Service & Satisfaction – Address customer queries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
8. Reporting & Analysis – Prepare MIS, sales reports, and performance analysis to support business decisions.
9. Collaboration & Coordination – Work with marketing, logistics, and operations teams to execute campaigns and ensure seamless operations.
