Job Description: E-Commerce Specialist (Full-Time)

About the Role – AVJENTIC Lifestyle is looking for a skilled and dedicated E-Commerce Specialist to manage daily operations on major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, AJIO, and Myntra, MEESHO,

This person will handle listing, pricing, order management, returns, ads, and overall growth of all online accounts.

• Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Management Manage daily operations for Amazon, Flipkart, AJIO, Myntra, and Meesho marketplace accounts.
• Create, upload, and optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and tags).
• Ensure product visibility and ranking improvement.
• Order & Inventory Handling Monitor orders, dispatch, returns, and customer messages.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for timely shipping.
• Maintain stock levels across all portals.
• Pricing & Promotions Execute discounts, promotions, deals, coupons, and festive offers.
• Monitor competitor pricing and trends.
• Advertising & Growth: Run and optimise marketplace ads (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads).
• Improve product ranking and sales through SEO + ads strategy.
• Maintain platform health (account health, penalties, policies).
• Reporting & Analysis Prepare weekly sales reports, ads analyses, and growth tracking.
• Track ROI, ACOS, and profitability.
• Coordination Work Work closely with the graphic designer, marketing team, and management.
• Handle communications with marketplace account managers.
• Required Skills: Experience in managing Amazon/Flipkart/AJIO/Myntra accounts.
• Strong knowledge of listing, ads, SEO, and dashboard operations.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and marketplace tools.
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Experience RequiredMinimum 1–3 years experience in e-commerce marketplace handling.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills & experience).
