The Education Counsellor – Sales is responsible for guiding prospective students through their career decisions, conducting structured consultations, and driving enrolments for Network Kings’ IT programs. The role requires strong communication skills, disciplined calling hours, and the ability to convert interest into enrolments through value-based counselling.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct 2–3 hours of targeted calling daily to connect with prospective students.

Run professional Zoom consultations to understand career goals and recommend suitable programs.

Build trust and maintain consistent follow-ups to improve conversion rates.

Maintain CRM hygiene, update lead status, and track daily activities accurately.

Collaborate with team leads to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Represent Network Kings’ brand values while ensuring a high-quality counselling experience.

Monthly Sales Targets

Performance tiers for counsellors:

Junior Counsellor: ₹3–5 Lacs / month

Mid-Level Counsellor: ₹5–8 Lacs / month

Senior Counsellor: ₹8–10 Lacs / month

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory.

1–3 years of experience in counselling, inside sales, or B2C sales.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to handle Zoom consultations confidently.

Target-driven mindset with consistent follow-through.

Familiarity with career counselling in IT, ed-tech, or training ecosystems (preferred).
