Job Overview:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Facebook and Google Ads Expert to join our dynamic marketing team in a leading real estate organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms to drive qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and support sales goals in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop, manage, and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, and Retargeting) tailored to real estate lead generation.
2. Conduct thorough market research and audience segmentation to identify targeting opportunities.
3. Write compelling ad copies and collaborate with the creative team for impactful ad visuals and videos.
4. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
5. Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, headlines, landing pages, and audience targeting.
6. Set up and manage pixel tracking, conversion events, and retargeting funnels.
7. Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
8. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and alignment with sales objectives.
9. Optimize ad spend and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
10. Maintain dashboards and performance reports for weekly/monthly reviews.
