Field Sales Executive

Salesman Responsibilities – Shree Balaji Traders

Products: Rock Salt, Industrial Salt, HoReCa Products (Mayonnaise, Pizza Items, Bakery Ingredients), Ketchup & Sauces

Area: Chandigarh, Panchkula, Zirakpur

Key Duties:

• Visit markets regularly to promote and sell products to B2B (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, Bakeries, Industries) and B2C clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand customer base in assigned areas.
• Collect payments on time and maintain proper records of outstanding dues.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and handle inquiries or complaints.
• Report daily sales, collections, and market feedback to management.
• Coordinate with warehouse for timely deliveries and stock updates.
• Ensure good product visibility and awareness in the market

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years in FMCG/food product sales (Freshers with strong sales skills can apply).
• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Travel: Willing to travel within a 10km radius of Chandigarh.
• Vehicle: Must have a two-wheeler for field visits.
• Language: Proficiency in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English.
