We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our life insurance sales operations in Chandigarh. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, building a high-performing sales team, and expanding the customer base through strategic planning and execution.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly & annual targets
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents
• Generate leads through field activity, networking, and referrals
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and business development activities
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports

🧑‍💼 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• 2–5 years experience in Sales (Insurance preferred)
• Strong leadership & team management skills
• Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
• Target-driven mindset
• Knowledge of life insurance products (Term, ULIP, Endowment, etc.)
