Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules as per sales orders.
- Supervise picking, packing, and loading activities.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and shipping documents.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records in ERP/software.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries.
- Track shipments and resolve dispatch-related issues.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of FMCG dispatch & logistics.
- Experience in warehouse coordination.
- Basic ERP & computer knowledge.
- Good communication and team handling skills.
- Time management and problem-solving ability.
- Attention to detail in documentation.
