Key Responsibilities 1. Market Development  Identify and develop new markets for agarbatti and fragrance products.  Appoint and manage overseas distributors and importers  Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer preferences in incense/fragrance category 2. Export Sales & Business Growth  Drive export sales targets and revenue growth  Manage B2B clients, wholesalers, and retail chains abroad as well general trade and modern trade 3. Client Handling & Negotiation  Handle inquiries and convert leads into business  Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms  Maintain long-term client relationships 4. Export Documentation & Logistics  Manage complete export documentation: o Commercial Invoice o Packing List o Bill of Lading o Certificate of Origin o Fumigation Certificate (if required for wooden packaging)  Ensure timely shipments and cost optimization 5. Compliance & Product Regulations  Ensure compliance with international regulations for incense/fragrance products  Handle country-specific certifications and labeling requirements  Knowledge of IFRA guidelines (preferred for fragrance products) 6. Branding & Product Positioning  Work on packaging and branding for international markets  Support marketing initiatives like trade fairs and exhibitions  Promote Indian incense products globally Required Skills  Strong knowledge of export procedures in FMCG/agro-based products  Experience in agarbatti/incense/fragrance export (highly preferred)  Good understanding of international markets (especially ethnic product demand)  Expertise in Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW)  Strong negotiation and communication skills Qualifications  Graduate in Commerce / Business / International Trade  MBA in International Business / Marketing (preferred)
