GEM Tender Executive

Job Summary

AMARTEX Industries is looking for a detail-oriented GEM Tender Executive to manage end-to-end Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal operations. The candidate will be responsible for tender participation, bid submission, compliance documentation, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring timely execution of government orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete GeM portal operations, including seller profile maintenance and product listings
• Search, evaluate, and participate in GeM bids, BOQs, and tenders relevant to company products
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids as per tender requirements
• Ensure 100% compliance with GeM tender terms, conditions, and documentation
• Coordinate with accounts, production, logistics, and sales teams for pricing, timelines, and delivery
• Track bid status, order placement, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups
• Handle bid clarifications, buyer queries, and post-order communications
• Maintain records of tenders, contracts, orders, and compliance documents
• Stay updated with GeM policies, government procurement rules, and amendments
• Support audit and reporting requirements related to government tenders.
