The Gym Manager is responsible for overseeing daily gym operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent member service, and driving membership growth while maintaining a safe and clean fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day gym operations and facility upkeep
• Supervise, train, and schedule gym staff and trainers
• Ensure high standards of customer service and member satisfaction
• Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Monitor gym equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and safety
• Oversee membership sales, renewals, and retention strategies
• Promote fitness programs, personal training, and special offers
• Manage billing, payments, and basic financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
• Track performance metrics, attendance, and inventory

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience in gym management or fitness industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Basic knowledge of fitness operations and equipment
• Sales and marketing skills are a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
