Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Consultant to support and improve our HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, policy development, and HR compliance.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Conduct performance reviews and support training programs
- Assist management in workforce planning and HR strategy
