Job Description:We are hiring an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to manage hiring for Digital Marketing and IT positions and support employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and experienced in end-to-end recruitment.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for Digital Marketing and IT roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment data and candidate records
• Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
• Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Requirements & Qualifications:MBA (HR) – Mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
• MBA Interns are also eligible to apply
• Experience in IT & Digital Marketing hiring preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
• Knowledge of recruitment portals is an added advantage
