Profile:- Recruitment For Frontline, Lateral, Technical Roles

Roles and Responsibilities

· Understanding the requirements of various job profiles.

· Sourcing and screening potential candidates from various Job Portals, LinkedIn, Job Postings, etc.

· Making calls & lining up candidates for various profiles as per the clients' requirements. Making calls to perform all the tasks will be an integral part of the job.

· Coordination with the lined up candidates during the interview process.

· This is a recruitment profile wherein you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Any Graduate / Under - Graduate can apply.

· Target Oriented & Eager to learn everything related to recruitment.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Go-getter and a team player with a can-do attitude.

· Should be confident in performing the defined duty, role and responsibility.

· Conducting first round of telephonic interview, prepare & post jobs as per the manpower requisition in the organization.

· Should be positive and persistent in nature.

Fixed Day Shifts with Sunday Fixed off.

Variable Incentives (People Earn at least 10K every month, but can make more incentives as well and that is completely depending upon the number of joining’s)
