HR Recruiter

Recruitment:

• Hire Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Telecallers & Office Staff
• Post job openings on portals, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, referrals
• Shortlist CVs, conduct initial screening calls
• Schedule interviews and coordinate joining

Salary / Payroll Management:

• Maintain attendance, leaves, and salary data
• Prepare monthly salary sheet (fixed + incentives)
• Coordinate with accounts for salary disbursement
• Maintain incentive, deduction, and advance records
• Handle basic employee salary queries

HR Operations:

• Maintain employee records & joining documents
• Assist in onboarding & exit formalities
• Support management in daily HR tasks

Skills Required:

• Good communication (Hindi & English)
• Basic Excel knowledge (salary sheets, attendance)
• Organized, responsible, and confidential
• Willingness to learn HR & payroll processes

Preferred:

• Experience as HR Intern / Assistant HR
• Exposure to payroll or attendance management
• Pharma / PCD industry exposure (added advantage)
