Job Summary

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and empathetic HR SPOC / Counsellor to act as the primary point of contact for employees while also supporting employee engagement and counseling needs. The role focuses on employee lifecycle management, grievance handling, workplace counseling, and ensuring a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned departments/branches.
• Address employee concerns related to attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and policies.
• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions for employee concerns, stress, or workplace issues.
• Manage employee grievances and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Support performance management and feedback discussions.
• Ensure HR policy compliance and smooth HR operations.
• Organize employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
• Maintain HRMIS data and prepare reports as required.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, or Counselling role preferred.
