Bakat Wallet is a digital savings and benefits platform where users recharge for 12 months and in return they get 12 months of additional shopping benefits, groceries, partnerships for utility services and one year of additional benefits on school fees.

Job Summary:-

The main role of the Marketing Coordinator will be to create awareness for Bacchat Wallet in the local market, coordinate tie-ups with grocery stores and schools, and drive customer enrollment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:-

1️⃣ Business Development & Tie-ups

Setting up meetings with grocery stores, grocery chains, and retail partners.

Coordinating school tie-ups (explaining the fee relaxation model).

Onboarding new merchants and following up on the agreement process.

2️⃣ Customer Acquisition

Conducting field marketing campaigns.

Managing society visits, camps, and promotional activities.

Encouraging customer enrollments by explaining the monthly recharge model.

3️⃣ Promotion & Branding

Social media campaign coordination.

Local advertisement planning (banners, pamphlets, events).

Implementing referral & promotional schemes.

4️⃣ Relationship Management

Regular follow-up with existing merchants and schools.

Resolving partner issues and maintaining smooth coordination.

Reporting customer complaints or feedback to the marketing head.

5️⃣ Reporting & Target Achievement

Submit Daily/Weekly marketing activity report.

Monthly enrollment & tie-up targets to be achieved.

Data maintaining (leads, conversions, partner list).

🔹 Required SkillsStrong communication & negotiation skills

Field marketing experience preferred.

Local market knowledge.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).

Self-motivated & target-oriented.
