Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor garment production as per buyer requirements
- Follow up with suppliers for materials and timely execution
- Coordinate with buyers for approvals, quality, and shipment schedules
- Ensure garment measurements are followed as per spec sheet
- Conduct market research and develop new products
- Maintain quality standards and resolve production issues
