 MIS Executive – Accounts Department

Department: Accounts / Finance

Software Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Job Responsibilities

MIS Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Accounts department.
• Maintain financial and operational data in Excel sheets.

Data Management

• Collect and compile data from different departments.
• Update and maintain records accurately in Excel.

Accounts Support

• Assist the Accounts team with financial data analysis.
• Maintain expense, sales, and payment records.

Excel Work

• Use formulas like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUM, COUNTIF.
• Prepare reports, charts, and dashboards.

Record Maintenance

• Maintain proper documentation of financial data.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good data analysis and reporting skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting records
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills

Qualification

• Graduate in Commerce / B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance preferred)
• 1–3 years experience in MIS or Accounts related work
