Job Description
- 1. Office AdministrationMaintain day-to-day office operations smoothly
- Handle incoming & outgoing calls, emails, and courier
- Maintain office records, files, and registers (physical & digital)
- Coordinate with internal teams for routine requirements
Performance Indicator:
- Timely handling of office tasks with minimum follow-ups
- Properly maintained and updated records
- 2. Accounts & Documentation SupportAssist in basic accounting entries (purchase, sales, expense entries)
- Maintain vouchers, bills, invoices, and payment records
- Coordinate with accounts team / CA for data sharing
- Ensure bills are correctly prepared in company name
Performance Indicator:
- Error-free entries
- Documents shared on time with accounts team
- 3. Vendor & Customer CoordinationFollow up with vendors for invoices, stock details, and dispatch updates
- Coordinate with transporters for material movement
- Communicate professionally with distributors/customers for routine matters
Performance Indicator:
- Timely follow-ups
- Proper communication without escalation
- 4. Inventory & MIS SupportMaintain basic stock records (incoming / outgoing)
- Prepare simple MIS reports as required (daily / weekly)
- Update data in Excel or ERP (if applicable)
Performance Indicator:
- Accurate stock data
- MIS shared within defined timelines
- 5. Compliance & Process DisciplineFollow company policies and reporting structure
- Maintain confidentiality of company data
- Ensure timely submission of assigned work
Performance Indicator:
- Zero compliance issues
- Consistent discipline and punctuality
- 6. Support to ManagementAssist management in coordination, follow-ups, and documentation
- Schedule meetings and maintain action points
- Perform any additional task assigned related to office operations

- Positive feedback from management
- Task completion within committed timelines
- Overall Performance MeasurementAccuracy & timeliness of work
