Job Summary:

Responsible for managing daily office operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and supporting administrative activities to maintain an efficient work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle front-desk operations, calls, emails, and visitor management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for schedules, meetings, and documentation.
  • Maintain office supplies, stationery, and facility-related requirements.
  • Assist HR/Admin in onboarding, attendance, and record keeping.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and basic MIS as required.
  • Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and smooth functioning of office equipment.
