Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle data entry, billing, and record maintenance
- Prepare and update sales, purchase, and inventory reports
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
- Manage emails, calls, and follow-ups with customers
- Maintain proper filing and documentation (digital & physical)
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in office or coordination roles
- Strong computer skills – MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), data handling, and internet use
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude
