Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle data entry, billing, and record maintenance
  • Prepare and update sales, purchase, and inventory reports
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Manage emails, calls, and follow-ups with customers
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation (digital & physical)


Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in office or coordination roles
  • Strong computer skills – MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), data handling, and internet use
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
