Job Description: Operations Manager (BTL Marketing)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage BTL marketing projects, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.

2. Prepare quotations, manage budgets, and track expenses.

3. Lead and train field teams, vendors, and logistics.

4. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience in Operations Management (BTL marketing agency or similar).

- Strong project management, client relationship management, and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Financial acumen and negotiation skills.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
