Packing Boy

Job Title: Packing Executive (Packing Boy) – Bubble Me

Role Summary: You will be responsible for packing Bubble Me customer orders accurately and neatly, ensuring every parcel is safe, clean, and ready for dispatch on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items as per order sheet and verify product, quantity, and variants
• Pack orders safely using Bubble Me packaging materials (boxes, pouches, fillers, tape, etc.)
• Add inserts/freebies (if applicable) and ensure final parcel looks presentable
• Label parcels correctly (shipping label/COD label) and hand over to dispatch team
• Maintain packing station cleanliness and stock of packing materials
• Report any damaged/missing items or packing material shortages to the supervisor

Skills Needed:

• Basic reading and checking skills (order sheet, labels)
• Fast, careful, and detail-oriented packing
• Ability to sit for long hours and handle repetitive work
