Painting Artist

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented artist with a passion for hands-on artistic work, especially in painting and crafting. The focus of this position will be painting on wood and creating unique decorative crafts for home decor.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Paint and decorate hand-crafted wooden items for home décor (e.g., name plates, wall hangings, etc).

2) Use materials such as wood, paints, glue, clay, jute, etc to make products.

3) Customize products based on client or project requirements.

4)  Ensure timely completion of assigned design and craft projects.

5) Organize and maintain art supplies, tools, and workspace.

6) Assist with packaging and preparing items for photoshoots or delivery, if required.

7) Participate in workshops, exhibitions, or craft fairs (optional/if applicable)

Qualifications & Skills:

1) Proven experience or strong interest in painting, crafting, or related creative fields.

2) Familiarity with tools and materials used in crafting (paints, brushes, etc.).

3) Creative mindset with a good sense of color, composition, and design.

4) Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

5) Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.
