Pharma TeleSales Executive

Experience Preference- 6 month experienced from pharma industry ( as well as Freshers are also welcome)

Key responsibilities

• Contacting leads: Proactively call potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services.
• Understanding customer needs: Ask questions to identify customer requirements and offer appropriate products or services.
• Achieving sales targets: Work to meet or exceed monthly and team sales goals.
• Handling inquiries and objections: Professionally answer customer questions and address any concerns or objections that arise during calls.
• Maintaining records: Accurately log all sales activities, customer interactions, and contact information in a CRM system.
• Processing orders: Take and process customer orders, assisting them with the purchase process.
• Following up: Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure high conversion rates.
