Position : - Pharmacist

Reporting to :- HOD, Assistant Manager

Span of control :- Nil

Specific Responsibilities

· Dispense the medicine to the patient as per the prescription of the doctor.

· To check the date of expiry of the medicine before dispensing to the patients.

· To perform well with honesty, sincerity, hard working.

· Educate to patient and patient’s family.

· Proper Management of patient records and pharmacy files.

· Maintain appropriate inventory on pharmaceutical and medical Supplies.

External interfaces: Interact with Doctors, Nurses and Patients.

EXPERIENCE PROFILE

Experience: Fresher -2 Years

Formal Qualification: B-Pharmacy - D Pharmacy

Technical Competencies: Job Knowledge

Personal Attributes/Skills: Book Keeping

Computer Knowledge

Ability to work under pressure
