Manage warranties, service contracts, and ensure vendor support for replacements or repairs.

Prepare and execute purchase orders, agreements, and service-level contracts.

Identify and develop reliable vendors; ensure competitive pricing and consistent quality.

Stay updated on solar products, certifications (MNRE, ALMM), and compliance norms.

Work closely with project, logistics, and finance teams for smooth procurement flow.

Maintain all procurement records and support audits and reporting as needed.
