About Us

Golden Marketing Enterprises is an Intuit Silver Partner running a 100-agent operation that handles 20,000+ QuickBooks support calls daily for US clients. We’re now building AI-powered products, automation tools, and SaaS solutions to solve the real problems we hear from users every day. We’ve already launched a suite of Chrome extensions and have an aggressive product roadmap ahead.

The Role

We need a founder-minded problem solver who can own our product roadmap, build AI agents, design our CRM, drive marketing, and deeply understand what our customers need — all while using AI tools to move at 10x speed. You’ll work directly with the founder with zero layers of management.

What You’ll Do

Product & AI Development

• Own the product roadmap — identify user problems, define features, build with AI coding tools, and ship to production
• Build and deploy AI agents for workflow automation: call summaries, auto-ticketing, smart routing, client alerts
• Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to rapidly prototype and build products
• Manage the tech pipeline: APIs, dev/staging/production environments, databases, deployments, and debugging

Customer Journey & Problem Solving

• Map the complete customer journey and identify where technology can replace manual effort
• Listen to support calls, analyze tickets, and turn recurring pain points into product features
• Think from the user’s perspective — every feature must solve a real problem

Growth & Marketing

• Own growth strategy: Chrome Web Store SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, partnership distribution
• Write copy, design landing pages, and analyze conversion data — without needing separate teams
• Build automated onboarding, retention, and engagement workflows that scale

CRM & Internal Systems

• Build our internal CRM tailored to a 100-agent operation: client tracking, churn alerts, upsell opportunities
• Create real-time dashboards for call volumes, resolution rates, revenue, and agent performance

Must-Haves

• 3–5 years in a product, growth, or tech-operations role with ownership of outcomes
• Solid understanding of software architecture: APIs, databases, environments, version control, deployments
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to actually build functional products and automations
• Strong product thinking — you break down user problems into buildable solutions
• Marketing skills: copywriting, landing pages, email campaigns, analytics
• Self-driven ownership mindset — you don’t wait for instructions, you figure it out
• Can communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa

Nice to Have

• Startup experience where you wore multiple hats
• Experience with browser extension development (Chrome/Firefox)
• Background in BPO operations or customer success
• Familiarity with CRM design and implementation
• You’ve shipped a product that real users actually use
