Location is newly developed HSIIDC INDUSTRIAL AREA, ON PANCHKULA BARWALA ROAD. 15 Kms from panchkula, 15 Kms from derabassi.

Our major clients are Mahindra and Mahindra, Uno Minda, Hero Motocorp. Rico Auto, Tafe Motors Ltd, Sonalika.

We require a Degree or Diploma Holder who has experience in Production and Quality control. Preferably - Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Instrumentation / Production , Electrical Maintenance .

Job Profile

A Production and Quality Control executive in a manufacturing company directs production operations to meet targets while ensuring products adhere to strict quality standards. They manage production schedules, optimise workflows, oversee staff, enforce safety, and implement quality inspection procedures (e.g., ISO, 5S ) to reduce defects and maximise efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities

• Production Management: Plan, schedule, and execute production runs to meet customer deadlines.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards and procedures, conducting inspections throughout the manufacturing cycle.
• Efficiency Optimisation: Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste, control costs, and improve productivity.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate production personnel and QC staff to ensure performance targets are met.
• Resource Coordination: Manage raw material inventory, equipment maintenance, and workflow optimisation to prevent production bottlenecks.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory standards.
