Role Overview

Sepik Life Sciences is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end purchase operations and ensure smooth procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage complete purchase operations

2. Coordinate with vendors and negotiate rates

3. Create and process Purchase Orders (PO)

4. Plan stock levels and ensure timely procurement

5. Handle purchase entries, GRN, billing, and inventory control in MARG ERP

6. Ensure cost optimization and proper documentation

7. Coordinate with accounts, production, and dispatch teams

Requirements

1. Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

2. Experience in purchase or procurement (0–5 years)

3. Hands-on experience in MARG ERP preferred

4. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

5. Knowledge of inventory planning and stock control

6. Good communication and coordination skills
