Purchase Manager

We are looking for a Purchase & New Product Development who will be responsible for purchase of existing products, identifying new product opportunities, conducting market and competitor research, supporting formulation planning, and assisting in successful product launches. The role requires strong analytical skills, market understanding, and coordination with internal teams.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Purchase of existing products
• Market Research Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and gaps.
• Analyze competitor products, pricing, compositions, packaging, and positioning.
• Study doctor prescribing trends, distributor demand, and PCD market requirements.
• Collect feedback from sales team, distributors, and clients for product improvement.
• Prepare detailed market research reports and product feasibility studies.
• Product DevelopmentAssist in finalizing product concepts, compositions, strengths, and dosage forms.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, R&D, and regulatory teams for product development.
• Support development of labels, visual aids, packaging concepts, and product literature.
• Ensure products align with market demand, pricing strategy, and brand positioning.
• Help in new product launch planning and execution.
• Documentation & CoordinationMaintain product databases, competitor analysis sheets, and research documents.
• Coordinate with marketing for promotional strategy inputs.
• Assist management in decision-making through data-backed insights.
