Job Overview:

We are hiring a Real Estate Sales Executive responsible for driving property sales and client acquisition. The role involves managing end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring high conversion and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation through multiple channels (calls, references, portals)

• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries

• Follow-ups, negotiation, and deal closure

• Maintain CRM data, sales pipeline, and reports

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Expertise in sales conversion and client handling

• Knowledge of residential/commercial real estate

• CRM management and follow-up skills

• Target-driven and result-oriented approach

Eligibility:

• Experience in real estate sales / property sales preferred
